About the role
An exciting opportunity for a term time only School Receptionist/Secretary has become available at Oakfield Preparatory School.
As School Receptionist/Administrator you will ensure that all visitors are dealt with in a professional and appropriate manner, this includes all external visitors, parents,prospective parents, school staff and pupils. To provide secretarial and generalist administrative support to facilitate the effective running of a busy school office.
You will deal with visitors to the School Office ensuring compliance with the relevant procedures for visitors to the School
